1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services (engineering consultation and project reservation), refunds are limited.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be granted if:
- Requested within 12 hours of purchase
- No work has commenced
- No deliverables have been issued
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Engineering work has started
- Documentation has been delivered
- Consultation has been scheduled or completed
4. Project-Based Exceptions
If the Company determines that a project cannot proceed:
- A full refund will be issued
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
